Power of Subconscious Mind | What is Subconscious Mind

Power of Subconscious Mind | What is Subconscious Mind
What is the Subconscious Mind? What is the Power of the Subconscious Mind?

It has become a common term nowadays, Subconscious Mind, where does it come from, why is it so important for us to know about the Subconscious Mind.

When we start learning driving, everything seems so complex initially, attention in front, this gear number, that speed, look in the side mirror and we think there is so much to keep in kind while driving. After 60-90 days of daily driving, we are not even bothered when to put which gear, when, at which speed, turning left, give left indicator. Everything, as if happens automatically like a program been installed in our system.

Program: You Read It Right

Actually, not one program but many programs have been installed in our system. Out of 10 people, each will behave in a certain way to a situation, to a stimulus. One may come under pressure and give up, other stands still neutral, other may come courageous and fight the situation. So why in one situation, responses are different. There may be several answers to this question but also, that's how we are programmed to do so. From where this programming came, definitely it is not one day task, it involves upbringing of the self, our environment, our past, situations, people around, our perception and other so many reasons.

How it all happened

So it is like this, first, it came as thoughts and feelings, thoughts and feelings became words, words became actions and action became habits. Though we did it all conscious now it has become a part of our subconscious. Also, we practiced it so many times from childhood that now it has become a part of us as an example of driving. You can drive while talking on the phone, eating something though don't try, please.

Do the Subconscious Mind is also responsible for People around us and situations we are in?

According to a branch of physics, Quantum Physics, it states that whenever we think and feel, we radiate energy, a vibration. Like you are sending so many vibrations all day, others are also doing the same. Now the catch is, we are not just senders we are receivers too. As in my one of the post, I discussed our thinking and feeling affect us so we can say that to a great extent we ourselves have attracted people and situations in our life. In whatever frequency we are in, we will attract and radiate those frequencies and people, situations of those frequencies.

There are so many instances in our life, that whenever we are happy, we keep on attracting things which makes us happier. Also, when we are in a state of happiness, we don't get any negative thought, even if we get it doesn't affect us. But when are sad, we attract more of those thoughts and fears.

Does the story ends here or can we do something about it

Yes, we can consciously change our subconscious programming. That's why positive affirmations are so important. That's why focusing on a positive thing and try not to focus on the negative thing is important.

Meditation can play a vital role in your positive thinking, making you more peaceful and calmer. You can try the technique described in this post which can help in more endurance, stability, and clarity. Read the books about successful people and there so many self-help books.
