Not Letting Go People And Situations Is Adversely Affecting You

Have you ever wondered that if you are not letting go things, not letting go people from inside, not letting go situation is affecting you adversely ? Yes it is true that sometimes it is really difficult to let go, to forgive and to forget. It is also possible in many instance that we think that we have forgotten that situation, that person, that thing but as soon as it comes in front of you, you find yourself in the same state as you were that time. You may have come across some common statement, "oh, I have forgiven that person but please do not talk about him or her in front of me".  Does it mean that still there is still something rotting inside? Let us do one very simple experiment. 1) Sit back and relax. 2) Inhale slowly hold, Exhale slowly hold. 3) Raise your palm and weigh them. 4) Try to keep them loose and wave both palms up and down as if you are trying to find which is heavy or not.      4.1) If you have found the heavy palm, that's great.
